What is the future of the 99%, based on this education campaign?
IF the 99% learn about the path to economic justice contained in the Budget For All,
IF the 99% learn that in the U.S. House of Representatives, nearly 20% – 75 out of 435 House members - aim to "ensure that ALL Americans are put on the path to prosperity, not just the wealthiest 1%,
IF the 99% learn that the Congressional Progressive Caucus aims to "ensure that ALL Americans are put on the path to prosperity not just the wealthiest 1%,
IF the 99% learn that the 76 virtually invisible Congress members of the Progressive Caucus wrote the Budget For All,
IF the 99% learn that it is the corporate commercial media that keeps them virtually invisible,
IF the 99% increase our ability to identify those who share our economic priorities - and isolate those who support the 1%,
IF the 99% consequently support the People's Budget and the members of Congress who wrote it, as well as those who respond to public pressure by becoming co-authors,
IF the Occupy Movement continues to transform the political landscape and continues to grow,
THEN we can bring about real change in the interest of the 99%. The $ to stop the cuts, create good jobs, and protect and improve our safety nets can become available, in Sacramento and across the nation.
